Over the last decade, attorneys at DFDL have led or been key team members of “Deals of the Year” for every year but one.  As a firm, we have advised on major projects valued at well over US$25 billion. In 2010 alone, we advised on projects valued at nearly US$14 billion.

The EMI Practice Group is organized along lines that reflect the businesses of our clients and enable our teams to develop and refine a high level of technical, financial and commercial knowledge of relevant sectors, as well as key legal issues.  Our goal is to provide our clients with focused legal advice tailored to fit their needs and useful in sight of the business realities they face in connection with complex infrastructure projects.
