In Thailand, DFDL Mekong/Mekong Law Group was established in Bangkok  in November 2005 after operating in Cambodia and Laos for over 10 years.  The Samui office (formerly Crawshaws) joined our team in 2008.  Both offices work with our other offices in the Mekong Region to provide international standard services to our clients, with in-depth knowledge of the local environment.

Our partners recognize that, whilst substantial investment is moving into the Mekong countries, law firms were still attempting to service their clients from major business centers outside these countries, such as Hong Kong, Singapore and Bangkok.  DFDL Mekong/Mekong Law Group believes legal services cannot be given on a “fly-in” basis, therefore, provides a full-service presence with local and foreign legal experts in Cambodia, Lao, Myanmar, Vietnam and Thailand.

Through our regional network in five Greater-Mekong countries, DFDL Mekong/Mekong Law Group offices and affiliates provide a seamless service, throughout the Region, toforeign invested companies, local companies and international institutions. With over 30 foreign lawyers and advisers teaming-up with more than 40 local lawyers, advisers and legal assistants in our offices throughout the Region, DFDL Mekong/Mekong Law Group provides personalized and cost-effective legal, tax and consulting services to all its clients.
