He is a solicitor to the Supreme Court of England and Wales, Barrister at Law of England & Wales, (Inns of Court School of Law, London UK) and holds an LL.B (Hons) (London School of Economics and Political Science, London UK). His practice covers corporate and commercial, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, labour and real property. He speaks English, Urdu and Bengali.

Nicolai is an Attorney-at-Law, specializing in international corporate tax and transfer pricing. He has international experience from Big-4 and global law firm DLA Piper where he has been serving clients from a wide range of industries, with special focus on the oil & energy industry and maritime industry. Nicolai is a frequent speaker for Norwegian and Nordic tax authorities and is licensed to practice law in Norway. He speaks Norwegian, Scandanavian languages, English and basic Mandarin.

Sambo is a Senior Adviser and Deputy Head of the Energy, Infrastructure & Project Finance Practice Group. He holds an LL.M Business Law (Yokohama National University - Japan). His practice areas cover contracts, concession, corporate, real estate, energy, finance, acquisition, joint venture, concession, energy and mining. He speaks Khmer and English and basic French and Japanese.

Kosal is Senior Adviser - Tax Compliance Practice at DFDL Mekong. He holds a Certificate of Bookkeeping and Maintaining Financial Records. His practice covers tax returns, payroll services, tax registrations and filings. He speaks Khmer and English.

David is Regional Competition Counsel/Senior Counsel with substantial experience in competition, foreign investment, international trade and privacy law with two major Canadian law firms. He holds a J.D. (University of Toronto, Faculty of Law) and a Post-Graduate Diploma in EC Competition Law (King's College, London). He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1997. He speaks English.

Justin is working with DFDL Mekong in an Of counsel role. His 15 year experience covers legal services in banking and finance, foreign investment, joint ventures and corporate. He holds LL.B (Seoul National University) majoring in Commercial and Tax Law and LL.M (Northwestern University in Seoul). He is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Tax (HongIk University) majoring in International Taxation. Justin is admitted to the Seoul Local Bar Association and Korea Bar Association and also registered as a Certified Tax Adviser at the Korea Ministry of Finance and Economy. He speaks Korean and English.

Guillaume is a Deputy Country Managing Director and Head of the Real Estate Practice Group. He holds Master Degrees of Law and Political Science (University of Lille, France). His practice covers property, corporate and commercial, criminal law and procedures and technical assistance programs consultancies. He speaks French and English.

Senior Legal Adviser to the Corporate & Commercial Practice Group - Olivier's practice covers corporate, commercial, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance. He holds a Masters Degree of Business Law and Tax from Poitiers University and is a graduate of the Institute d'Etudes Politiques of Paris. He speaks French, English and Khmer.

Senior Legal Adviser to the Real Estate Practice Group - Trafford is an Australian qualified lawyer with ten years of experience in Asia. He holds a Bachelor of Laws, Diploma of Legal Practice (University of Newcastle). His practice covers property, corporate, commercial and consumer financial services. He speaks English and Thai.

Sinath is a Legal Adviser to DFDL Mekong. He holds a master degree of Business Law (University Jean Moulin Lyon 3). His practice covers corporate, commercial, labor and contracts. He speaks Khmer, English and French.

She holds a Master 2 of Business Comparative Law (LL.M) from the University Lyon2-Lumière, France, which included an exchange program at the University of Montreal, Canada. Frederic is a Legal Adviser attached to our Real Estate Practice and is experienced in corporate, land and condominium unit transactions, agreements and family law. He holds a Masters in private law from Avignon University (International Law) and is a Public Notary (Montpellier University). He speaks French and English.

Adviser to the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group - Vouchly is specializing in Laws on Employment and the National Security Fund. She holds a Master Degree of Private Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics (Cambodia) with experience dealing with labor related issues in the Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations (CAMFEBA). She speaks Khmer, English and basic Thai.

Adviser to the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group - Jiajia holds dual Master of Law (LL.M) degrees awarded respectively by New York University School of Law in New York, USA, specializing in US and Asian Business Law and by the Law Faculty of the National University of Singapore, Singapore, specializing in Corporate and Financial Services. She also holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from Peking University Law School, Beijing, China. She speaks Mandarin, English and very basic Korean.

Tax Adviser - Sophea specializes in tax law and is attached to our Tax Practice Group. She holds a Degree in Business Administration (Norton University, Phnom Penh) and English B.Ed (TEFL) from the Institute of Foreign Languages (IFL). She speaks Khmer and English.
