Paniti Junhasavasdikul (Paniti)
Partner – Head of the Thai Practice.  After working a number of years for major international firms based in Bangkok, such as Linklaters, White & Case and Chandler Tong-Ek, Paniti founded his own firm, “FBLP”, in 2000.  Paniti and his team 8 lawyers and advisers joined DFDL Mekong in June 2007.  His practice focuses on corporate finance, private placements, VC’s fund HLTs, property finance, property fund and M&A.  He advised companies in their IPOs and listing in 2004-2005.  He also has advised PTT on various financial and corporate restructuring.  Other major projects include property finance for OCBC and Malaysia Exim Bank.  He also represented Mitsubishi motors on its issuance of Baht 5 Bn. secured debentures and most recently CIMB and BLS in underwriting Baht 4.7 Bn. REIT.  Khun Paniti has an LL.B. from Chulalongkorn University and an LL.M. from U.C. Berkeley (Boalt Hall School of Law).

Robert Fitzgibbons Jnr  (Rob)
Senior Counsel - Rob has practiced for over twenty years specializing in the strategic, legislative, contractual, and regulatory issues associated with the electric power and natural gas industries and large infrastructure projects, most notably with regard to the drafting of legislation, strategic planning for sector restructuring, economic regulation of electric power services, alternative dispute resolution and construction arbitration, infrastructure project development and financing, independent power procurement, power pooling and the sales and acquisitions of electric power plants. Boonserm Asavapisit (Boonserm) Lawyer – Boonserm was associated with both local and international firms including a securities firm, such as SITCA, Freehill Hollingdate & Page, Freshfields and FBLP Legal before joining DFDL Mekong. His areas of practice include corporate and banking law, real estate, and commercial contracts. Boonserm has an LL.B. from Thammasat University and a Master of Management from Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University.

James R Cummiskey JNr (Jamie)
Jamie is a Senior Legal Adviser working in our Bangkok office with expereince working in our offices in Cambodia and Lao PDR. Jamie joined DFDL Mekong in December 2004 after obtaining his J.D. degree from Tulane University Law School in Louisiana, USA. He is a member of the New York Bar Association. He is head of the firm's Thai Real Estate Practice Group and his other areas of practice include corporate law, project finance and commercial law. Languages: English and French (conversational).

AUDRAY SOUCHE (AUDRAY)
Legal Adviser - Audray joined DFDL Mekong/Mekong Law Group in 2004. She is a French trained legal adviser and holds a high graduation in European Law, University of Lyon, France. She also has a Masters Degree from L'Institut d'Etudes Politiques, in Lyon and has received practical training at the European Parliament in Luxembourg and at the Delegation of the European Commission in Cambodia. She has been working as Project Officer in the Legal and Judicial Sector in Cambodia. She has been involved in a range of foreign investment and commercial matters, including, the Nam Theun II hydropower project. Nipaporn Supha-utchaichan (Nipaporn) Lawyer – Nipaporn was a lawyer with Frank International Ltd. which has chiefly focused on the area of intellectual property law and corporate law.
